    Like the star system in Australia. We’ve surmised if it is a low star rating it’s generally healthier than the packaged foods 😂 that includes meat, dairy and eggs all low stars so me and my son buy them! It’s a marketing scam and a total gimmick.

    Has anyone here gotten their thyroid checked? I actually heard from another UA-camr who's gotten her thyroid checked everytime she has cellulite and her thyroid numbers are always imbalanced. I also have cellulite and I'm in the healing process of hypothyroid. I currently eat a lot of meat and a select few plant carbs.

    Women need more carbs after day 20 of their cycle tho! It is normal to crave carbs then bc they support progesterone (hormone) production. Women cannot be low carb 24-7 bc we are not men, so keep that in mind ladies.

    I'm going to have to disagree because you get the grass-fed butter is healthy for you like you're talking about the other but it's like made from soiled beans oil in vegetable oil is not healthy for us you want to get the avocado oil and some grass-fed butter a lot of Americans think butters on healthy but the wrong the grass-fed butter is more healthier. To choose the grass-fed butter has a rich flavor from cows not the brother that has some type of oils that has toxic chemicals

    Pretty sure non-GMO, organic expeller pressed seed oils will be fine though. Even refined/processed olive oil isn’t going to be great, it’s about the processing and modification that almost always happens - not necessarily the fact that it’s from a seed

      The only way to cut out all seed oils is to cook all your own food. No prepared foods, (even "healthy" take-out is full of seed oils), no restaurants (even 5-star restos use seed oils for even higher profit margins), and of course no processed, packaged foods (read the labels). You must replace those bad fats with healthy fats like coconut, avocado, pastured beef and pork fat. Awesome diet for awesome health.

      Yup. Gotta read the labels. Most people think they are eating healthy but the label will clearly show a seed oil. Problem is usda has labeled them as “heart healthy” so even if you make someone aware, they don’t believe you because we have been told for decades that saturated fat is bad and seed oils are good. 🤦‍♂️ good way is to use the Bobby Approved app to scan foods. Sad we have to work so hard to eat healthy

    half baked information. always use cold pressed Oil for cooking rather than refined Oil. Which cold pressed Oil you should use depends on what type of cooking you are doing. Cold pressed Olive oil is good for Mexican and continental delicacies while sesame oil is good for asian delicacies and ghee mustard groundnut oil is good for Indian delicacies.

    actually canola and vegetable oils are good sources of oil and fats 😅 however if you’re meaning to say that fried foods are bad then yes they are. but you also have to keep in mind moderation which is the key factor in these cases
